sleep easier when you sleep sustainably.
I've been wanting to do a follow up to my Sustainable Sex post for a while now, a series if you will. So here we have: Sustainable Sleep. We definitely talk about sleep way more than we talk about sex (even in a sustainable context) but that doesn't mean we can't yap even more. As a high energy person, I've always struggled to fall asleep but I have found that developing a bedtime routine helps tremendously. Why not make this evening ritual sustainable?
I've compiled a guide featuring the most sustainable sleep supplements, mattresses, bedding, and more. Read on for recommendations on how to make your happy place-planet happy.

Eco-friendly packaging made of paper and heat sealed with water based inks.
I hope you enjoyed this guide, that you use it in whatever way serves you, and that you learned something new. There is definitely more I could have included; perhaps alarm clocks or lamps or even pajamas (featured brands Coyuchi + Avocado Green do produce sleepwear as well though- and the most sustainable thing to do is to wear the clothes you already own. Old t-shirts are my favorite.), but I wanted to keep it from being overwhelming. And I can always do a part two. Thank you so much for taking the time to check this out!
