2021 Goals:
Practice Yoga & Exercise More
I moved my body significantly less than I did in 2020. I quit my very active job in May and started working from home and I didn't prioritize movement as much as I wanted to. I started going on neighborhood walks in September and I was pretty active in September and October but then it got cold!
Read 6 Books
I completed this goal! Books I Read: Date & Time, Blood Dazzler, Seven Days in June, Red, White & Royal Blue, Such a Fun Age, and The Perfect Find.
Try 10 New Foods
I only tried 5 new foods but that's still good! Foods I Tried: Jackfruit, Sunflower Greens, Pomelo, Kiwano Melon, and Kiwi Berries.
Start Investing in a Roth IRA
I did start, I'm using Betterment, but I still don't really know what I'm doing!
Email/Write to Companies & Politicians More
I didn't directly email or write to anyone but I did spend time regularly signing petitions!
2021 Eco-Goals:
Invest in a Bidet
I got a Tushy and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made, I tell everyone about it! You need one!
Invest in a Leaf Safety Razor
Very similar to the Tushy, an absolutely amazing decision. I have saved so much money and so much waste from being produced. Additionally, I damaged my razor in October and they paid for me to ship it to them and completely repaired it for free!
Divest my $ from Bank of America
I haven't achieved this goal yet.
Do a Clean-Up
I think I did five clean-ups! I did the Source to Sea Clean-up with The Connecticut River Conservancy and then a few neighborhood street clean-ups.
